so since weve had some negative nancies complaining about how their cars dont get noticed and what not, ive come up with an alternate thread in a more positive light
why do you love your camry? whats special about it to you?
my camry and i are joined at the hip...it goes everywhere with me, and its a major part of my life...i drove to my prom and HS graduation in it, took it on various vacations, dates, and what not...its always been there, and when certain aspects of life fail, my camry is always serenity and security, as i can always count on it to take me where i need to go
i love how comfortable it is, and how with the TRD suspension mods it has a sporty feel to it, and its much different than a common camry in both appearance and feel
i worked in new car sales at toyota for a while, and after driving every new toyota all day, id want nothing more than to be behind the wheel of my own camry...sure the new fast gen 6 Se V6 was fun, but i dont like it as much as my camry because its MINE and its modded the way i want it and its a piece of me...everyone knows me for my car, and its an extension of myself...
whenever im behind the wheel, im happy...i crave being able to open the sunroof, crank my favorite CDs and just drive aimlessly, taking new roads and having little adventures and trips with my friends...
my camry has become an old friend to me...in the end, im pretty much attached at the hip with my 03 SE
Because it looks good inside & out, it turns heads whenever / wherever I drove and parked. It goes with me wherever I go, It's always there when I need it.
Not too many people tailgates me (especially after I put the ToyotaNation decal on my rear window ).
Well, whenever I compare it to BMW or MBZ, I just love my car even more!
Hrm...I can't say I love my car. I really wish I bought something Corolla sized instead.
Oh well, for now I like my car because of 36.1 MPG max, 33 MPG avg, 25 MPG worst ever.
The 5M is pretty sweet too. I guess it's something really different from most other Camrys out there.
Then again, last week I went to the credit union and I parked to the left of a gen 4 V6 5M, and to the right of a Gen 5 5M...WTF!?!?!? I thought these are supposed to be rare!

I like my camry because its fast, and like said above, can smoke most cars on the road off the line. I also like it because i got the 50th anaversery edition wheels, and gets good MPG. I mean think about it.. a 268HP 6 speed camry! who could want more?

I have a 07 SE moonroof and leather package with a 5M lol
And I love my car because it gets looks, great millage, and get comments on it where ever i go "thats a camry!?!"

i love my roxanne because she is just damn sexy to me.. to date, i have only seen one other 5.5 salsa pearl SE and that was in harlem and it was the V6. that is the only thing i regret, not getting the V6. but otherwise, she treats me great and i treat her like shes my queen.. of course the gf gets jealous sometimes lol
