PCV valv

Hello

I have a 2002 Camry V6 with 140,000 km.

1. How often do I need to change/clean the PCV valve
2. Where is it located
3. I heard it is easy to change.

Can someone give me the steps on changing this? much appreciated.

What are the symptoms of a faulty pcv valve.

if so it it on the rear bank,on the pass side by the firewall, at least it was on my es.
found a pic. not mine just stole it.

The only answer I have, is a Haynes Manual. That might be your best bet.
