Street Glow Xenon H9005 for Gen 6

I am wondering how these bulbs would work as a replacement for my high beams. Any frying wires or headlight issues? They say the H9005 is DOT approved. Also, I do not use my high beams but since they are the same bulb for DRL, I wonder if that would damage them or will it be fine? They claim these bulbs last longer than standard halogen and "far brighter and whiter". I know streetglow is a pretty good brand and reputable company. What are your thoughts? Also has anyone tried these?

these are just colored light bulbs, you won't get any brighter and if anything gets darker light output. I know people who sell these so I know how they compare to real HID.

I suggestion is to stay away from these, not because it hurts the harness or anything but this is like putting a toy into a real working car. either get high quality brighter output halogen bulbs like PIAA and ect, or just get hids. save your money from these type of mock offs.
