Tools needed: 10mm socket, flat head screw driver or other tool to remove clips
There is a screw in each of the wheel wells and one right behind the wheel well on the bottom of the bumper. Then there are 2 clips in the center of the bumper on the bottom. Thats it for the outside. Now moving to the trunk. It helps to remove the tail lights, but you don't really need to. You need to pull the trunk liner away from the trunk. You can completly remove it from the walls or just pull it out far enough to get a wrench back there. There are 2 bolts near the front of the bumper, and 2 nuts near the rear corner near the buttom outside of the tail lights. Now you need to remove the plastic cover near the latch. Basically pull forward at the bottom and then when those 3 or 4 clips are released, pull up. Then there are 4 10mm nuts that you need to remove. That takes care of all the fasteners.
Now just start in the wheel wells and start pulling away from the car. Once you get bumper pulled off to about the tail lights, then start pulling straight back and the bumper'll fall off.
If you are going to replace it with an aftermarket bumper, the bumper reinforcement will not fit. You'll need to drill 2 new holes and not use one of the mounts. These thin metal strips are $30+ each from the dealer, so don't mess it up.
This was all from memory, so if I'm forgetting something, someone fix it please.
