aurion/camry tail lights
would the aruion tail lights fit into a camry???? Or maybe the part that wraps around the rear-quarter panel?

The Aurion lights are much different, you would need to modify the existing body parts to make it fit.

what about the tail light thats attached to the rear of the car, not the part that goes on the trunk???
So i would have half aurion and half camry? or is that just too tacky

IMHO, it would look tacky just to have the outer tails from the aurion. although i love the resemblance of the circled LED lights of the aurion tails to my 1st gen Altis LED's.

anything is possible, depends on whether you want to spend the money or not, but yeah you have to get aurion's rear quarter panel, tallights, new rear bumper, taillights, custom brackets here n there etc2
