High Pitched Squeal when not pressing brakes

My 2008 Camry with 35000 miles on it has started making a high pitched noise when I back out, at first it would happen when you were not depressing the brake, but now it happens when you are or are not pressing the brake. The noise is also getting more noticeable when I drive backwards. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Roll down the windows and maybe get some help on the ground as you back up to listen for the source of the sound. Secondly you will need to take a look at the brake pads, front and rear, but if the sound is from the rear, pull the rear rotors and take a look at the parking brake pads.

Maybe they do, also,
-clean and lube brakes, the cleaning is more important as the lube gets dirty and washes away damn fast anway. perhaps the pads are not free to move in the calipers caused by dirt, sticky piston or rotor wear.

Drilled rotors allow minimum weight and max performance as well
