I find it interesting that Toyota fixed the transmission flare in the 2006-2007 3.5l V-6 Avalons, but they have not also done so in the 3.5l V-6 Camry's?

I would guess that the problem in the camry is different. I think there have been several ECM upgrades for the Camry...I have had my reflashed once.
