for the fogs:
try disconnecting everything and then reconnecting everything back.
but swap the bulbs from one side to the other.

ebay isnt the best place to buy Xenon HID lamps for a vehicle

i have a set of the EXES Digital V1 on my fogs and they never flicker.

My thought exactly. To the OP, PLEASE do not put them in your fogs. If you decide to install them, please fight the urge to turn them on. Thank you.

i see two problems here:
1. hid kit in fogs?!? reflector fogs none the less. yeah, disconnect them, and never put them back in again.

2. you UPPED the amperage on the fuse. have fun when your foglight harnesses burn and melt... you'll be doing a favor for everyone on the road!
