I know there is a search.....

I also know it is a regular stereo plug...what I want to see is the actual location of the plug in...is it in the arm rest or down under the head unit? I want to see what's around the plug!

Do you not own a Gen 6?

The plug-in is under the headunit and A/C controls inside the compartment with the door that "flips" open.

The Aux plug is on the right and there is "DC" oulet on the left. They are on the back wall of the compartment. The back wall is about 4" tall and 6" wide. Open the compartment and look in there.

+1 haha sorry i misunderstood your question but yeah the DC outlet and aux is in the compartment in the center console.

why do you need to know so detailed? what are u trying to install or do? i think it's pretty handy because you can just throw your mp3 player in there and hide it

and i think he's asking BECAUSE he doesn't have a gen 6 lolz

Most salesman don't know about it. Like the business card holder in the center console armrest.

I'm sure most salesmen and a lot of owners are in the same boat.
