I had a 2005 Scion tC before my Camry. In a club, went to shows, the whole thing.
It wasn't always like that. It took forever for companies to make turbo and superchargers, intakes, suspension parts, and everything else.
Some guys were putting aftermarket brakes for Celicas on their cars. They were making custom turbos and intakes. It caught on in the aftermarket and now Cusco, Tein, Progress, Megan, Ingalls, and many more companies make parts for the tC.
This was the same thing for bodykits and other accessories.
Look at the parts market now for the Gen 3, Gen4, and Gen 5 Camrys. There is a large variety.
Of course, if you have money to burn and skills. You can start fabricating your own parts.
