Thanks to all who helped me answer all my questions about HID and also the many threads on the forum that helped out noobs about HID . At first i thought it was going to be tough installing the HID (with all the wiring, removing the front bumper and headlights) It turned out to be pretty simple except for a small issue that i ran into, where my HID wasn't able to plug into the OEM headlight harness but i fixed it in the end. Here are two pics i took, just to make sure that the glare is gone or at least acceptable (i hope) since i went with the method of pushing down the flaps instead of using jb-welding it.
This picture was taken upclose against the garage door
This one was taken about 12 feet away from a wall, i pointed out an area shown on the wall, not sure if that are squirrel spotters
Hope someone can give me some pointers if i solve the spotter issue thanks

You have light leaking out past the squirrel spotters since you just bent tabs down... Need to cover them up with JB Weld or something. That flap inside is just held on at two spot welds, so when you bend it down it pulls away from the shield and light escapes past.

Starting retro #2... D4S with IS350 bi-xenons... Haven't figured a way to make them fit since they are so large and have a 3" lens, so I have RX330 AFS as back-up. The 2nd pic with the blue cut-off is the RX330 AFS with an E30 clear lens.
The D4S ballasts fit nice on the bottom of the jap headlight housings.

I wasn't able to reach the flap and push it down so i took out the headlight, also by removing the headlight i was then able to reach a frame rail under the headlight which i used to place my ballast. Ah...darn still have some glare...well i hope the glare isn't too bad...gonna try driving behind it and see how bad it is. Thanks guys

ya, you definately need to cover the squirrel spotters with jb weld that's quite a bit of light leakage.. i wouldn't want you to be driving behind me lol
