The fog relay is getting its power through the tail relay, are the tail lights working when turned on? Factory fogs only turn on with low beam and tail lights are on.

fuse is good
low beams are on
tail lights are working
You stated that the green fog dash light is not working either, points to a dome fuse or the stalk switch. (Worse yet main body ECU.)
The wiring prints do not indicate the [direct/wire] connection to the green fog lamp display. The main body ECU detects the ground on the fog lamp, violet wire, applies a low/ground to the fog relay coil pin 2, and also sends switch status (CAN BUS) to the combination (dash) meter, activating the green fog lamp. If a ground on the violet wire (headlight dimmer switch assembly pin 4) restores normal operation, bad switch, if not an open may be on the violet wire. There is a junction block behind the combination meter, then it goes to the main body ECU.

checked under the hood fuse block. nothing is blown...
dome light is working (door is open light is on)
i think it's to the piont when i take it to the dealer.
Let us know what the results are. The missing dash indicator puzzles me. By puzzles me, I mean it is a clue to where the problem is located. Good Luck.

good news fog light are now working.
they came back on...
after I adjusted my tilt wheel..
bad news ..when I use my right directional they turn off..as soon as I am done using the directional they come back on...left directional is fine they stay on..plus I hit a bump on the highway and they flickered..
this is going to suck..
it's in the column or stalk...
if i know dealers mechanics once they take something apart it's never the same..
hopefully this is not the start of a wiring nightmare.. the car is only one year old with 12,000 miles..

I suspect a loose contact or broken wire, or a defective switch. Let the dealer take care of it. To change the switch requires removal of the steering wheel and column covers.
If you can, get them to show you where the problem was. I had a cruse control stalk that had a intermittent problem in it, like yours, dealer couldn't find it. Turned out to be a shorting wire, + to Accel, causing the random "uncontrollable" acceleration. Replaced stalk after warranty, problem solved.
Keep us updated, please.

Im having the same similar problem except my fog lights went dead while trying to make them run full time. i cut the white wire and tried to tap it into the radio so they would shut off when the key was out but i think i might of crossed a wire wrong (being rushed by the wife) All fuses are good, the dash indicator isnt coming on and i cant hear the relay kicking in. Any insight would be much appreciated. Im at the point now where im just scratching my head like a noob...
