DAMNIT!

You have to remove the wheels, disconnect the strut mount assembly, disconnect the suspension components from the strut, remove the strut/spring assembly from the car, use a spring compressor to compress the spring, then remove them and replace it with the new springs, and then do the opposite.

Well, maybe you don't have to remove your seat on the LE model. The SE rear seat does not fold down, so I did have to remove the back seat. I keep forgetting the are little differences between the models.
