Fuel Additive/ octane boosters???

My car is at 30k miles and I've never used any sort of fuel additive or octane booster before b/c I wasn't sure if it would do more harm than good. I also use full synthetic and great oil filters, so I just figured I was doing every thing I needed to do... can someone please let me know what is a good product to throw into my gas tank that will help my engine/gas mileage? Thanks

any one tried Ethos FR? I heard it increases gas mileage by reducing gas consumption. Is this true?

I use a bottle of Lucas "Tune-Up in a Bottle" every 5K miles. I can't say if it makes a huge difference or not, but thats the point of preventive maintenance.

They are all mixtures with components like petroleum distillates, solvents, tolulene, alcohols, xylene, napthas, etc.

+1 on the octane boosters, why wouldn't you just get higher octane to begin with?

Ocane boosters are a complete ripoff. Read the bottle, one bottle has almost no effect on the octane rating.

I dump SeaFoam and a fuel injector cleaner (Gumout, Chevron, Lucas) in the fuel tank about every 5,000 miles.
