Clunking noise on my 02 Camry V6 (made in Japan)

I noticed that when I go over bumps or bumpy roads on my 02 V6 Camry
(made in Japan), I get this clunking noise either from the front or
rear of the car (sounds more from the rear). I checked the spare tire
and made sure everything was nice and tight and that didn't make much
difference.

Could it be a loose strut, or a bushing that needs replacement? How
much would something like this cost on a car (I have 150,000 KM on it
now).

sounds like a possible strut tops. also check your sway bar to make sure the bushings are good and that no links are broken.

could be loose strut bolts, strut mounts, or the strut is just shot altogether.

It sounds like a strut mount.
