Unhappy NorCal Tinting Shop? also Rescuing dry leather?

Alright, first I'll apologize if I'm posting in the wrong section.
So here is my dilemma: since my car is parked outside almost all the time and I have neglected to use leather conditioner, the leather near the rear seats headrest/rear deck is pretty dried. It hasn't gotten to the point where it is cracked (hoping it won't ever get to it). I bought some Lexol leather conditioner and cleaner the other day and started using it. It hasn't softened the leather up yet. Is there a better product/solution to help soften the leather again?

Also I'm considering tinting the car to help this situation but I'm not sure what shop to take it to. I just heard a lot of recommendation for 3M tints. Does anyone in Northern California, specifically the Bay Area, have a recommendation on what shop I should take my car to get it tinted?

Best stuff out there for car polish and leather as well... have used it for years and its just amazing, a little pricey but defiantly worth the extra $$$. It's the Z-9 and Z-10

Can't help with the tint, but I've had good results with Leatherique for the leather.

do they do re-tinting? because the tint on mine sucks and I want to try to redo it.

also do you know how much did it cost to do yours?

Thanks everyone for the replies. I might give that Leatherique stuff a try if the Lexol doesn't work.

I am also interested in knowing how much it cost you to tint you car at Autoimage, liquidi3ladz.

Call Vincent at Omega Tintwerks in Pleasanton. He isn't cheap, but he does very high quality work.

Blackout Tinting in Gilroy. I live about 40 minutes away. I've taken all my cars there for years. They also have 3m and Lumar I think.

They re-do tint as well.

How's the quality? Both Omega and Rocky Mountain Tint in the Pleasanton area were about $300 for the rear five windows with ceramic tint.

I loved how it turned out at first.. But well I wish I got darker tint in the back, since well I got 30% all around. I got Suntek which is okay I guess.. um its a metallatic tint.

damn! my 7 windows backs and fronts only cost me 185, though I had to redo it like 10 times and shit. if those guys redo tints without damaging the back rear windows i'll be hella happy. since they have to scrape or steam that shit out.
