Oil Leaking

My 2004 Camry LE I-4 with 23,000 miles is leaking oil, about 5 - 10 drops overnight. It leaked before I did an oil change and it continues to leak. It appears to be coming from the top of the oil pan near the drain plug. It is not leaking from the drain plug or the oil filter. I did tighten a few of the bolts on the oil pan near that area. I installed 4 quarts of oil

1) Any suggestions ?

2) Would this be covered by the 5 year 60,000 mile powertrain warranty?

My 2007 Powertrain Warranty says it covers Engine seals and gaskets.
