How come....

Camry has roughly four times as much activity as Corolla, yet Corolla gets separate forums for the newer generations, and Camry doesn't?

I'd vote for separate Camry forums, if only someone would pay attention to it and do something about it....

Nah, their are some good posts re gen6 from Gen5 owners. Would make the forum smaller and less colorful....even though we could split some of the flamers off - JK.

its not gonna happen. people here have been trying and this is about the 10th thread on this topic...
it would also be pointless to split all generations as there is little/no intrest in gen 2-1 camrys, so why split them?
i like having gen 5-6 in the same fourm myself...brings more diversity to the threads

I like them together. I've learned a lot from the Gen 5 guys. And the engines are essentially the same....our cars have the same soul!

I'm with ya' Thoots. I vote to split em' up - or have everyone who starts a thread have to itentify weather the subject matter is about Gen 5 OR Gen 6.

most of us put the Gen 5 or Gen 6 tags beside the thread...not that it matters if they do or not. I personally enjoy reading about and seeing the Gen 5 and 6 guys/girls cars.
