Anyone's car pulling to the left?

I just got back from getting a second alignment after installing the TRD springs. The tech test drove the car after aligning it and it still pulled to the left. He put the Camry on the lift once more and cross rotated the front two tires. He once again test drove the vehicle and there is a slight veer to the left. He mentioned Toyota has just release a TSB for pulling to the left. The driver's side front strut has to be loosened and the top strut mount has to be turned 180*. He mentioned this affects all models! Has anyone heard of this?

I vaguely remember a tsb for that. I could be wrong though.

There is a general TSB for pulling to one side which is a generic troubleshooting Bulletin:

Sounds like he doesn't know how to align the car correctly..........

The guy that aligned the car tonight does know what he was doing. He took his time to check the alignment, test drive, cross rotate, and test drive again. Unlike the first guy, which I never saw him take the car out from the shop.
