Horrible Front Tire Wear

I own a 2002 6 cycl. Camry LE with 57,500 miles and am experiencing the front tires wearing badly on the outside. I have had one set of front tires and one complete set of tires replaced by Toyota at no cost. I am now on my 3rd set of tires at my cost. Toyota told me that the car wasn’t out of alignment, but they “tweaked” the alignment anyway. I even had a rep from the tire company tell me the wear on the tires were due to the car being out of alignment. At this point, am I resigned to buying cheap tires every 15,000 miles?

getting a wheel alignment would be alot cheaper than buying new tires every 15 000 miles LOL.

that's probably what it is epecially since you said they are wearing on the outside, they tend to wear on the inside or outside when the alignment is off.

simple solution: go to a good garage with good equipment and get a wheel alignment. shouldn't cost you more than $60

buy good tires with 65000+ milage, rotate every 5k miles, fill to 36-38 psi..

Is the wear on the front tires on both edges?

edge wear is a result of poor alignment and poor inflation usually
if you rotate your tires every 5k, keep tire rpessure at 35psi and have a correct alignment, they should wear normally
does the car pull or anything?

Both tires wear the same? Just one side of the tire or both sides?

Does it look like any of the tires in the link below:

I have a horrible tire wear as well. I installed new tires, got wheel alignment and balance. And its not even 5000 miles the rear is already bald. I didn't even do any rotation. What are the causes?

Tire pressure is really important. I just have no idea how to measure how much pressure you should place on a tire.

How hard do you take a corner?
What kind of tires do you have?
What is treadwear rating?
Bridgestone Potenzas?<---they really suck, low life tires.

Nexen N3000
tire wear is 340
I just read it should be about 35psi.
