Wheels and Tires

So my wife has an 08 LE. I am wanting to get her some fairly basic wheels and tires..I might end up just buying some factory replicas just to get rid of the hub caps. She has already curb checked them and cracked one so with that being said I am not looking for anything expensive. I found a deal on some 17x7s mounted on a 205/40ZR17. Now her factory tires are 215/60-16s. I am guessing it will make the speedo show about 7mph slower. So should this tire work and be ok or should I look for another tire and if so what size would you guys run on 17s. I was thinking maybe down the road of lowering the car as well but with all the snow in Cheyenne I don't think I will be going that route.
Thanks for any input guys. Glad to have found this place.

I think the stock Gen6 SE has 215-55-17 tires.
