Gen5 Weapon R

Does anyone run a weapon R SRI on there Gen 5 camry? I have the 2.4L and was thinking about this intake. Any first hand experiences here?

Edit: Also noticed that the Injen SRI has the heat shield for it, is that necessary?

I got the injen SRI. i didnt even figure out how to install the heat shield. but injen is def a nice intake, ul enjoy the loud growl after 3rpm. i heard that weapon R's arent as reliable. just my .02 cents

ehhh i mean if it does change the sound. so i guess it wouldnt be a big waste. heck, i got my intake in for the sound more then its "performance".
