You might rub with the 35 offset in the rear with people sitting in the back seat, but otherwise nice choice on the wheels. I'm not a big fan of Axis wheels but the Penta's look good.

+1 you might rub if you go with wide tire like 245. So go for the 225 it will help prevent rubbing and also give you that stretch looks.
