Lexus TPMS

Does anybody know if the Lexus TPMS is compatible with ours cars? I've asked this question because the rim manufacture that i am getting my rims from offer's a tpms package, but it is for Lexus cars.

My friend works at Toyota, so the programming won't be a big deal for me.

Shouldn't your friend from Toyota know? Also, you can give a tech from Tirerack.com a call. They sell their rims with TPMS for any car/tire combination and simply can look if their TPMS part number for Toyota and Lexus come up to be the same. Just an idea.

I haven't asked my friend about it yet. I just know that he will be able to program it for me. Thanks for the tirerack idea. I will do that soon!

Yes, it works. I have Lexus TPMS on my GS rims. My dealership reprogrammed them within 10 min.
Tip for you: write down those serial number on each unit with the position/location its belong to like FL, FR, RL, RR so when you bring it to your friend he doesn't have to open up the tire to see the s/n of the TPMS to reprogram them.

The 07 Camry and 07 Lexus ES TPMS sensors are different part numbers....

They should still use the same signal though.
