what is actually done at the 40K mile service?

I always get these reminders in the mail from Toyota so I don't "forget" the service intervals.
What do they actually do at the 40k service interval that I couldn't do myself?
I fully able to change spark plugs, change oil, transmission filter, etc. Is there

special they do at 40k?

Change oil and filter
Rotate tires

Inspect this and inspect that and charge you for the labor

You didn't say what year or engine you have but if you have the latest gen with the 3.5L V6 the plug change interval is 120,000 miles which is a good thing. You have to take the top of the engine off to get to the back 3 plugs...

It's and oil & filter change as well as a tire rotation and visual inspection...

...like it says in your maintenance guide.
