I noticed it turning out of my driveway onto my street. I tried it when I stopped and it made the same noise.
You gotta love it, lol. I'm used to it now but it still annoys me when I listen for it.
I'm going down to Grappone on Saturday to install my tires (still fine on the rear wheel, go figure), and I'll see if they can do a quick search as to where the sound is coming from.

If they give you the run around about the sound I am going to Ira and have them look at it.

Well I've been there 2-3 times already on the issue. The first time they just replaced the steering intermediate shaft (TSB out for that BTW), then they said the noise was still there and they said that they replaced the bearings in the strut mounts, but the sound was there when I got home.
I may try a different dealer and see if they can be more helpful, although honestly I believe I've had my TRD springs for over 12K miles already, but wouldn't this still be part of the 36K mile warranty?

You should still be under warranty.

It happens to my 08camry before but its already gone. This works on my car. What I did is I lift up my car or jack up the front until the springs are stretch then compare the front left and right springs then try to shake it. If one of the spring is shaking big it means that the spring is not in proper place, try to rotate the spring, shake it real hard or find the right place for the spring to settle. Sometimes the top of the spring is not on the right position. Hope this will work in your car.
