Thanks for the info! If possible please include a video from inside and outside the car. I am very interested removing the resonator also, but I want to see how bad the cabin resonance is. Thanks!

yea so it turns out that my sis has my camera so im waiting for her to come home soon n so i can start making clips for everyone =]

umm sadly i believe there IS droning? at least what i think thats droning hahaha ill try n let the vid do the explaining


but bottom line, its really all about preference reguardless of what is n whats not

haha actually it gets quiet, its kinda like stock where at low RPM between 2-3 its really loud then it gets quiet

so i jux watched the vids w/ sound for the first time, my camera wont play sound on the camera so i have to upload it to hear sound n everything n i was listening to the 2nd vid n u can hear mostly like the lanyard hitting the side of the camera haha sorry


is the interior vid good? it seemed kinda soft, i didnt know where to put it so u can hear it best, i was thinking about putting the cam in the back so u can hear it better but yea = /

From the videos the one w/o resonator sounds almost like my street series magnaflows but with resonator? Maybe the audio quality which makes it sound like that? Is that high pitch noise wind or does it sound in reality like that? I don't have that type of "turbo" noise (maybe their is a better word for it).

The inside sounds really good with the resonator off, but I am guessing the droning would be a problem. I did hear the high pitch whine from your vid but assumed it was the mic/camera... Maybe not.

Anyone up for trying the Magnaflow resonator?

the droning isnt as bad as ppl would think it is that or maybe its jux me n i've been in cars that were much worse haha but i find no problem w/ it n it doesnt take over the music n i have it set like at 20-30 depending on song (non JBL bass: 3 Trbl: 1)


well from what ive read so far, the Magnaflow resonator is pretty much OE, nothing special about it, no?

Here is my new setup: Magnaflow street series mufflers 5x9 oval with 2" offset/offset inlet/outlet + magnaflow oval tips on XLE V6.
