It is quiet enough... yet also loud enough... my vids never come out good but the people who have heard it in person love it.... now if Drew would just get it for his car already! haha
Mike do you have any pictures of the megans installed on your car? I like how the exhaust looks OEM like, but bigger lol, I was looking at the Fujitsubo Legalis R before I came across the megans

i actually went strait to the magnaflow site and read up on both 14814 and 14851 , and it talks about 14814 are better on high reving cars, so on the v6 since it is automatic, i doubt it will get to its full capabilities, so i think i will spend the 20 bucks more and get the 14851, still wondering tho does anyone have the 14814 just wondering on sound
ok since the thread i asked the question in got close di will ask here, when you got the magnaflows installed did you guys just have them weld to stock piping or did you have them do custom piping, and also how much of a difference will it make?

Mandrel bent is a lot better than crush bent. If I remember correctly, mandrel bent sounds better and better performance vs crush bent which is louder and is restricted. Since you're going by exhaust model and the price, you'll need to get pipes done. If it was direct bolt on, it would state it along with make and model of vehicle and price would be higher ($400-500)
Not many places dont do mandrel bent unless its a custom shop. Meineke does crush bent.
This was discussed in one of the exhaust threads but I dont remember which one..
if you go custom i suggest getting 2.5 piping from cat to the mufflers. will cost you about 540 or so including mufflers. thats what i been offered atleast.
gen 6.5 should be no different than gen6 i4. exhaust will be done similar to the v6s though. dual mufflers with y pipe.
