I was finally able to change my LE grille to an SE grille this evening. There was a sensor attached to my LE grille, however it was hidden since the plastic was wider. On my SE grille the sensor is sticking out a bit. Is there any where I could have attached the sensor? It was to dark for me to take a picture but I will post one up tomorrow.

That image sucks. Is that supposed to be the outside temperature sensor? If so, just mount it farther back behind the grille. Make a spacer or bracket for it.

I'm guessing that since you started another photoshop thread when there already is one to photoshop nearly identical appearing cars that you didn't do any kind of search or check this link:
