jk.
im sure you can get somewhere in the 16k neighoborhood, but not 20k for a car with 28k on the clock...remember that depreciation is a bitch and aftermarkets parts dont raise the value too much
mods will bring the price down more than it will bring it up..you'd almost be better to put it back to stock and trade it in..
i agree with Corey...16k, if that.....

this has got to be a joke manz lol..... all that time and money modding the car all down the drain hahaha...
did my talk about using my camry as a family car get you thinking long term now? hahahaha i think the double limo tint is not too attractive for buyers... =X
if you trade it in the dealership, they may rape you on the price since mods will bring your car's value down, esp with coilovers and exhaust. the hids and rims MIGHT add a bit, maybe a few hundred the most, but the coils, exhaust, lip kit might bring it down a grand or more.. thats how it is here though..
part out your rims, coils, subwoofers and exhaust, and you should get maybe 16k for the car and the rest you can get back thru selling your parts...
i need a SUV for my kids lol. no joke haha. I'm hoping to get 18 or 19K. I'll be happy.
Wow, all this time with all the mods I would never have guess that you have kids! Well, I respect your decision to think of family first.
Free bump for a very nice Camry!!!
