Found this in the car (paper, after purchase)

I found this piece of paper in the glove compartment after we purchased our car (last year). This car was purchased as a new car. I went back and asked the salesmen about it and they mentioned something about the customer walking away right before finalizing the purchase, but as you can see they already signed the this document. The car had roughly 35 miles at the time of purchase, though when we were doing the paperwork the salesmen went off to fill the tank, which is also odd, since this document states that the vehicle has a full tank of gas.

Any inputs? Maybe the sporadic flares (ECU re flashed, a lot less flares now) has me trying to find a way out. haha

The guy must have ordered it and decided not to buy it... when I ordered my Cam, I had a choice of keeping it when it came in

or financing fell through. That paper only refers to a pre-sale agreement, as far as I know.

+1 - would not be worry about it and it will not be a reason for you to force the dealer to take the car back - if that is what you intend to do.

Toyota window stickers always say " Full tank of gas" The dealership fills the tank up when you buy the car.

It's really no different than any other car on the lot that has been test-driven a few times. Same with the gas -- they always deliver the car with a full gas tank, so presuming that you or someone else has test-driven the car at some point in time, they've got to fill it up before delivering it to you....

You purchased it last year, and now you are worried about it??
I think it's a little late for that.

I would guess that Raul's financing fell through and he couldn't take delivery of the car.

It doesn't mean anything at all.

I'm sure Raul and Emily are in the phone book. If you really have to know, call.

BTW I'm from Vancouver and work in Portland. Wondering what your car looks like. Will keep an eye out for you. Maybe meet up some day?

That stuff happens where i work all the time...we put someone on a dealer tag, send em on their way while we work out financing. I do all the paperwork before hand. if its not registered/ titled/ etc. you are the first buyer.
