I am a bit lost - the 14819 has a 3" inlet, is that the issue you are having? If so, a muffler shop can simply make a transition from the stock pipe to the muffler inlet. maybe I did not capture the problem correctly?

Do you have the I4 or V6? Many people here have those mufflers installed and you don't need one of those, the exhaust shop can customize the piping for you.
