Finished the 02 to 06 SE front end conversion

I just wanted to update everyone on the conversion, as you all know I bought the wrecked 02 camry. I bought all aftermarket parts for the conversion. It was a breeze, everything bolted right up without any problems.

Bought a wrecked 02 for a $1000 (pics work now)

If you want to do it yourself, all you need is the bumber cover, headlights, foglights, and the grill. I have yet splice the wiring for the extra light in the 06 SE headlights. I need to find out if the outside small yellow light is for the turnsignal, or a running light, or both.

Later
Mike

It looks nice.

What's wrong with the front of the car? The lower grille opening in the bumper seems to sag down.

Good catch on spotting that. The bumber cover is aftermarket, I not sure if it was broken when I got it or I did it. There is not much material holding it together at the vertical pieces where it connects to the upper part of the cover under the license plate. I might try and repair, if not I will replace the bumber cover this summer. It sucks to have to repaint a new front cover. I am just about out of paint. I repainted the complete car.

Besides the lower grille, the car looks amazing! I can't believe you got it for only $1000, plus the cost of repairs. Thats a steal!
