Canada tsb for 05 camry pulling

Does anyone know if there is an equivalent tsb of ST002-04 in canada for replacing front coil spring to fix left drifting / pulling. The left pulling drove me mad at highway speed as it is very notificable and tiresome to hold the steering wheel off center to keep the car straight. I had already done multiple alignments and also got new tires but nothing changed. I asked dealer about ST002-04 but they said it's a US tsb and therefore not applicable here. Also it would be great if anyone can send me that tsb, thanks

Did you buy the car new with this problem?

There is also ST005-01 Steering/Suspension - Vehicle Pull Manual Supplement.

Not sure Toyota even makes the Camry in Canada.

Was this a 4-wheel alignment?

ya i done a 4-wheel alignments, the car didn't have this problem until like 30000 km, it was a slight pulling at first but after 2 winters it got way worses, may be i hit too many potholes. I have just bought new tires but nothing changed so I started search around and found that tsb. I am thinking may be i will just order the 2 front springs and have a mechanic to follow the tsb? Since my car has ~62000 km now, warrnaty not going cover that even if they have a equivalent tsb and i got fed up with dealer blaming tires/road crowns . How likely do you think that front spring is involved for the pulling?

Bought new tires before or after the steering pulling happened? You can buy new tires and still have pulling, its a matter of what the car "likes", as crazy as this sounds - if you bought cheapo tires or two different brands or styles it may still pull.
Try swapping around the tires and you may find a combo it likes, or next time try bridgestone or michelin. We use these on the camrys at work (2000 year models) and they never have pulling problems.

You couldn't even diagnose a radial pull in your own car...

It's not likely that the OP has two different sets of tires that are causing the pull.

The Camry and Solara did have a pulling problem caused by the springs. I've seen it MANY times.

I don't have access to the TSB however. The OP is on the right track.

just looked up for a bulletin for your camry on ETAS. the TSB is 1330. the only catch is its only valid for 36 months (3 years) or 60,000km. and if your out of warranty you would have to replace the front coil springs which the springs have been updated.

Do you think I should still go for dealer or order the spring and get a mechanic to do it? I suppose dealer gonna charge me an arm and a leg for install?

What's the mileage on your car? Toyota may give you warranty assistance.

Talk to the dealer and have them talk to their area Toyota Rep. If they won't give you a one time goodwill assistance try calling Toyota's customer assistance line.

You are close enough in time and mileage.

My parents got a steering shaft on their '05 Highlander and are getting two foglights under warranty after the warranty is expired. When a problem is common enough, Toyota is usually very helpful.

thats true. as long as you have a service history with a dealership. they might give you a good will gesture.

...just a short update
i booked an appointment with Markville toyota, during the booking the lady was helpful enough to look up the tsb from computer and agreed it exists despite her lecture on tsb is not recall and only a repair information blah blah blah....

Then when i showed up for my appointment, the service manager was bs-ing saying it is an us tsb and deny it existence and even go beyond saying it is for production change and does not apply

I requested a tech to ride with me but the tech still bs about road crown and said it's normal and refuse to go on highway where the problem is significantly worse . At the end they refuse to look at the tsb as they said the car drives normal .

So i gave up on dealerships =/ even GTA has many toyota dealerships I decided just order the springs and have a mechanic to perform it instead as I had the problem long enough and rather spend $ to get it fixed then hearing all those bs about road crowns.
I would never enter that markville toyota again

That really sucks.

Is there another Toyota dealer reasonably close to you that you can try?
