Any additives I should throw in with fuel on 07 V6 with 41K miles
I bought the 07 LE V6 in May 2006 and now have 41K miles. I had dealer do oil change until 28K. From then on I did the oil change myself with OEM filter and Pennzoil Platinum 5-30 syntentic every 4,000 miles. My fuel economy on regular exxon gas has gone from 350miles when new at the 3/4 quarter mark to 300miles at the 3/4 mark. I always refill at 3/4 mark.
So far I've changed the air filter, changed brakes at 36K, and will soon change the tires. I am considering one of Toyota's maintenance's package for transmission fluid change, plugs, etc. as well.
I am about to do another oil change today at 41K. Should I put any kind of additives to the fuel? or oil? If so, what type and brand.

First, using the fuel gauge isn't accurate at all. The information you posted regarding fuel consumption is useless.
You don't need spark plugs until 100-120,000 miles. Replacing them earlier is pointless and a complete waste of money.
It is a good idea to add some cleaners to the fuel system as preventative maintenance. I use SeaFoam and any other fuel injection cleaner.
I prefer BG 44K in the tank every other oil change.

Additionally, the transmission fluid is reportedly good for 100k miles. The drain and refill of this transaxle is complicated and time consuming. Personally, I don't know about the 100k part. I suspect I will have mine changed sooner than that if I still have the car, but 41k is too early for this change. For grins, ask the dealer how much he will charge you. It isn't your father's tranny fluid change.

Transmission drain and fill is just like an oil change, not too difficult.
Clean throttle body and PCV valve/ hoses.
As for fuel, I use Lucas upper cylinder lubricant / Injection cleaner.
You want to stay away from most oil additives, especially ones that are solvents, and are left in the oil as you drive like Teflon particles, chlorine atoms, etc...
Auto RX only if you have seen sludge problem, but I would doubt it for your engine.
(Much different than an engine flush, which is circulated with out engine load for brief amount of time before oil is drained)

Wow.. mine is 40k and I haven't change any of those yet. Still OEM.
Why U think U need additives? Is your MPG falling? I always like the "if it's not broken, don't fix it" by someone.
