SRS light on

After connecting PA15-TOY adapter, my SRS light is on.

I have not disconnected battery before fixing adapter.
Also there was no sparks or anything happened.
Without starting the car, I played 5 or 10 minutes played some songs by turning the key to ON position.
On the same day third time when I started the car, SRS light went off and I drove for a mile.

But again when I started the car, light came back and from then it is staying on for a week now.

Can anybody tell me what could be the problem and how can I fix it by myself.

My car is Toyota Camry LE 2006.

Please help.

I didn't remove any wire from the back of the radio. There was one place where I can connect the PA15-TOY.
So I just connected it and it worked fine like the CD including steering wheel controls. Rest all the slots on the back of the radio is already connected. There was no need to disconnect any existing connection for me.

In one of the thread it was mentioned I can use that slot for connecting adapter.

Please see the link below.
