Without regard to the mileage there are a few things you need to check and much of this you can do yourself if you don't mind getting a little dirty.
-Eyeball the water hoses. They generally wear from the inside out and you can't tell if it's shot until it splits out at an inopportune time. At 6 years of age and this mileage, consider replacing at least the upper radiator and heater hoses. The lower rarely fails but it is cheap and I'd replace it at the same time, but it's your car.
-Don't overlook the vacuum hoses. They break too.
-Take this opportunity to flush out the cooling system and replace the coolant with some good Toyota red or pink, whichever is specified by the parts counter.
-Eyeball the water pump shaft to see if it is leaking. Might need to replace it the next time you need to replace the cam belt if it has one.
-Search the front and rear of engine for oil leaks
-Check CV boots for any tears.
-Look at shocks/struts for oil leaks. About time to replace them all anyway.
-Pull the dipstick on the AT and check the level and color. Should be a nice ruby red. If at all discolored it's time to change the fluid.
-Yes, the air filter should be checked and probably replaced.
-Check things like tail lights, stop lights, tire pressure.
