Gen6 Engine temperature guage 1/2 way

Hey everybody,

What does your engine temperature guage stay at when your driving around on your 6th gen 4 cyl auto? Because mine goes to the 1/2 point quite fast, and stays there. I was wondering if your cars are the same, or if somehtings wrong with mine.
Thanks!

Ummmm like all cars, C stands for Cold. H stands for Hot. Whats in the middle of cold and hot? Warm. So if its there, that means the car is warm.

Normal. If it stays low, your thermostats stuck open. No big deal and you change the thermostat when you get a chance. If it stays high then you know y ou got problems. And you kill the engine right quick and look for problems.
