My Xwife sometimes don't even register on the sensor at times. LOL Her weight is like right at the threshold of the sensor. Sometime it knows that she is there and at time it doesn't.
I guess you already thought about disabling the alarm chime than
(of course, by the dealer I mean)
No, she always buckle up. I did think about it once when I had a box of heavy stuff and it trigger the alarm. But anyway.. buckle up.. I don't want a stupid seatbelt ticket. It's the driver that get the ticket I believe.

I was not talking about if she should or should not buckle up but that I would disable the seatbelt alarm to get rid of the alarm while she is correctly buckled up...
She wear seat belt all the time, just she is very light and small built. Around 90lbs I think.
uh your sensor is NOT working correctly then...dont you imagine there are MANY small women, AND children that are that weight and a lot lesser???.......
On my camry a gallon of milk will set it off If it rocks a bit on a road imperfection and that is a LOT less than 90lbs....

My thought exactly. I've been surprised at what will actually set my alarm off. A couple bags of milk, a subwoofer, and a watermelon. A 90lb woman should obviously be setting the sensor off, that's actually a problem, because then her airbag won't be going off either.
