Wheel Decision Making

I currently drive a 03 Camry LE, after joning this forum I learned a lot about wheels, and want to upgrade my stock steel 15" to 17" alloy wheel based on you guys' suggestions. After searching on the Internet, I found these 2 wheels on Tirerack.

The first one is SportTuning Glide. Made in China, 1 year finish warranty, The size of the wheel is 17x7, it weights 20.5 lb. The list price is $117 a piece.

The second one is Rial Como. German made, 5 year finish warranty. The size is 17x7.5, weights 22.8 lb. It costs $149.

I couldn't make up my mind between these 2 wheels. So I really need your opinion on the decision making, based on different criteria. I previous learned the weight of wheels + tires make a big difference on the performance. That's why I included the weight of these wheels.

1. Just based on the looking without considering other factors.
2. Based on the quality. (the place where it made, warranty)(heavier wheel = stronger? do I need to worry about the stiffness of the wheel?)
3. Based on tire size 215-50-17(0.5" wider makes a difference?).

Although I have been driving this car for 5 years, compare to you guys I am still a rookie (based on knowledge about cars). I really appreciate any suggestions, and I would like to thank you in advance.

I'd go with the Rial's just for the fact that it's not made in china...
Heavier does not mean stronger... they're both cast rims, so both will crack if you hit a huge pothole

looks wise i would take option 1. sorta reminiscent to the 19" trd japan wheels.
quality and durability, id probably go with option two, but i'd still look around. the rial design kinda looks like the civic si wheels.

Are the Camry OEM wheels forged (16" from XLE, and 17" from SE)? Or they are also cast rims?

I would say it looks more like the one from Jetta.
