Gen5 Factory alarm help NEED!!!

Ok. So today when i go to unlock my car. I pushed unlock twice so it will unlock all the doors, but when i did that it only unlocked the drivers side door. any possibilities what could have happened? Should i need to reset the whole alarm system? Any help will be great. Thanks in advance!!!

how many times did you try it? maybe you just thought u pressed both but you didnt?

Some cars, the Radio receiver have anti-thief so if it lost power completely it will think it got removed from the car and won't work after. Normally the dealer can reset it but just to avoid all the troubles it is best not to do unplug the power.

How old is the battery inside that remote alarm? If it is more than 2 or 3 years, maybe it is weak. Does it have any feedback telling you that it has receive 2 press? For example, my car if I press unlock once it will beep once and if I press twice it will beep twice to indicate it gets 2 signal and unlock all doors.

Ok. Thanks for the help everyone. The car i guess was having some problems because today when i pushed the button twice it opened all doors. So hope this was just a one time thing. Thanks again.
