How much should i expect to pay for 09 se 6v?

Going to try and buy SE 09 V6 tomorrow, how much should i reasonable expect to pay for it. The sticker prices i seen are 29k with change. Any chances i can bring it down to say 26k out the door(with taxes and everything) or is that just dreaming?

Give me heater leather, navi, moonroof and I'll pay $26,500 for it. If you can make a deal with dealer, they might throw in wheel locks and mats in for free. Who needs a first aid kit anyways?
