y trade my new car in that i just bought in jan, besides it is too soon they would kill me in sale price.
i would get a new highlander sport and not another camry.

i was just wanting just a littl grunt, i may tune it and get a intake and say eff it.
intake wont give you a horse power increase ... my friend has a v6 he got dyno tested with his k&n CaI and lost 3 hp from stock... u should do what i did get a k&n drop in for a couple horses and cat back or replace the muffler and ull gain some that youll notice...i have a much better accellaration with the new mufflers, no resonator , and the drop in filter on my v6

Personally I use mine as interstate cruiser...doing 84 mph for 35 mins every day is just fine...gets there quickly without pushing it. I am actually OK with what I have right now. I owned Tc before and feels about the same ever though the car is much bigger.

I think you should stick to what you have, and not mess with it. Toyota spent millions of $$$ on it to make sure it is very reliable, and efficient. I'm sure if you could just change intake and exhaust for 15 hp without car exceeding sound limitations it would have been done. My $0.02 use that money for something nice like new furniture or go on vacation don't spend it on worthless mods you'll regret it.

true,
but like on my taco a drop in and elbow removal gives 15 dyno proven hp.
i just think her complin is that the car hit 5th at abou45-47 the speed limit on her way to work and the car pushes 1500 rpm compared to over 2k in her tc

i can tell u the se handles better than the tc, way less under steer.

Tc did slide on sharp turns, partly due to soft tire compound. It was fun though.

Some cars may have cheap simple tricks to get couple of ponies out of them...turboed cars are much easier in that regard. Keep the Camry as daily driver and start working on your Taco as a project...swap a V8 in it or something.

Tell your wife her Tc is small and makes you claustrophobic lol.
