Well, all bickering aside, it sure won't hurt to specify EXACTLY what you want, when talking to a dealer. I can just imagine it: "Nope, no 'black' interiors at all. Got some 'charcoals,' whatever that means...."
So, here's your exact specification, presuming we're talking about a 2009 SE V6:
Exterior Color: Black. (Yep, plain old "Black.")
Interior Color: Dark Charcoal Leather.
Option Package: "A" is leather and everything else, short of navigation. "B" is everything including navigation.
So, mention Black / Dark Charcoal / Option Package A, and perhaps they'll have an easier time finding one....
