Unhappy 07 Se...jbl Radio Problem

my jbl radio doesnt show anything on the display screen after turning on the engine. the radio and cd still worked and played but it just doesnt show anything on the screen for about 30 secs. i turned off the radio and turn it back on and still nothing and yesterday my volume knob wasnt working for about a min. does anybody know whats going on with it?

I had problems exactly like this. You will need to get the head unit replaced under warranty by your dealership. Unfortunately, nothing you do will fix this problem. My dealership replaced the head unit and since then, I have had no problems.

Glad I'm not the only one. Have apointment in the morning. Is this what they do to fix the problem. There isn't a explanation for it?
