Some customers may complain of excessive dust or powder from the HVAC vents. A newly designed evaporator is available to help reduce this concern. Follow procedures to remove and replace the evaporator with a new service part.

hmm...interesting..I don't recall seeing dust coming out of my vents but my girlfriend did mention a/c stinking awhile back when first turning on the a/c. Now it stinks more than ever everytime my a/c is turned on for about first minute or so. This didn't happen when I bought the car but about 3months or so after I bought it..

i believe this has happened to me, it looked more like smoke coming out of the air conditioner, but only a couple of times.
