5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
here is "T-SB-0114-08" Why is (A/F) right in the middle of Oxygen and Sensor? This tells me that the O2 sensor is also called the A/F sensor.

M.I.L "ON" DTC P2195, P2197, P0138, P0158, P0171,
P0174, P0031, or P0051
Some 2005 - 2007 model year Avalon and 2007 - 2008 model year Camry vehicles with 2GR-FE engines may exhibit a M.I.L. "ON" condition with one or more of the following DTCs:
^ P2195 - Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Signal Stuck Lean (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
^ P2197 - Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Signal Stuck Lean (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
^ P0138 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
^ P0158 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
^ P0171 - System Too Lean (Bank 1)
^ P0174 - System Too Lean (Bank 2)
^ P0031 - Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Heater Control Low (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
^ P0051 - Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
The A/F sensor is a type of O2 sensor. I'm not sure about this generation of Camrys but there are usually a couple of O2 sensors in the car, at least one being an A/F sensor.
