scratch remover Q!

hey all i just got some turtle wax premium rubbing compound and I was woundering if it was safe to use in direct sunlight? or should i want till a little shade has hit my car? thanks

I got a pretty big umbrella that i can cover the area with will that work or just wait till its a little darker? also my cars REALLY hot since its sun bathing atm would that matter I have no clue

I would wait till it gets darker and felt cool to the touch. Again that is just me.

Eric is correct. Anything that is applied to the surface should be done in a shaded area and when the exterior of the vehicle feels cool to the touch.

The container usually has the directions on usage specific to the brand. They don't want to get sued... Cool surface only.

Since you seem new to this... and i'm not expert either... be very careful as well. You want to target the scratches directly and not mess up the clear coat paint on the surrounding area.
