Gen6 Need Help with vent visor!

Guys! Which is better the original ventvisor or the In channel ventvisor? What are the advantage of In channel visor and which do you recommend? Thanks for the help!

Yeah! it looks really nice but I'm wondering if the adhesive will last here in Vegas because its to hot in here and it might melt the adhesive and the visor might fall. Is there someone here using an in channel visor?

I have the in-channel window visors (genuine Toyota ones).

They look great and don't cover the chrome stock trim around the window like after market ones - but they have caused me problems. They have a gritty sound when opening and closing and have actually scratched my windows along the top edge which can't be seen when the window is closed.

Because of the scratches, my dealer paid for my window tinting to cover up the light scratching.

Personal preference, but if you were going to do it - I'd still go with the in-channel - I'm happy with the look, just not so much with the functionality...

How come when I click on the 'camera' icon to see someone's photo gallery - it always says there are no photos. Does that mean no one has photos in their gallery or I just don't have access to them?

Sorry - off topic but I never understood that....

I have the weathertech ones on my 07 camry xle.. They only make the inchannel type visors.. And you can pick the tinting on them. And I think that all inchannel ones have that gritting problem when u drive in dusty places .. But they also have adesive tape on the top of the window for the rears and lower front by the side view mirrors on the front visor .. I got mine with the moonroof deflector for like $279 I think.. The only thing is that my dad got some ventshade ones for his 05 tacoma .. And the tint is way darker but then it looks like crap because its on the outside of the window .. Im thinking of having mine painted either grey, the color of my car or flat black .. But im worried about scratches and rock chips ....

+1...and I am not a big fan of the look either. I always have that "old people in their 80's Caddy" picture in my mind.
