I've seen some threads where people have cut out peices of their bumper to install aftermarket fog lights. I found this to be a much easier solution. These foglights fit perfectly in the spaces between the bumper, with no space in between. Installation took about 10 minutes. The light is actually bright white and they are brighter than my stock headlights but for some reason my camera is making them look reddish.
Please excuse my dirty ass rims & tires. I haven't cleaned them in two weeks and they're covered in brake dust. Here's a pic of what they look like when they're clean.
here are some daytime pics so you can see the actual shape of the lights without the camera glare. That's all great and wonderful if you prefer OE fogs, but I posted this thread for people who would have to cut fiberglass out of their bumper in a messy and probably imperfect job for that. Personally I like them. It's a different look from the typical grampa's xle, and I think smaller fogs will nicely complement the vizage lip & HID setup I have planned for later this month.
I'm planning on plugging an hid kit into these. If it turns out shitty I think a tsx projector should fit perfectly where the original projector is now.

let me know how that goes... if you do put the TSX projector in...i've been thinking of doing the same, but mine are different that those ones above.
i know. the calipers look terrible and i've been too lazy to get around to it. I have a can of of stock 8q0 blue body paint from a repair job and a can of black paint that I used for my rear drums. What do you guys think? blue or black calipers?
punks not dead, when I get my hid kit in the mail and install it I'll let u know how the projectors in those headlights handle hid, and if I decide to open them up and put tsx's in I'll post a thread. I noticed your headlights are the gatling gun style so i have no idea how they would spread out hid light.

what is the exact brand name of the fog lights? and exaclty where did you get them? i am very interested.
the fogs are made by Pilot although i don't remember the exact model name. I think they were called "ultra white" or "super white" or something like that. I bought them on sale at Canadian Tire for $79 (regular was $129) .
I actually tried about 4 or 5 different oval and rectangular fogs and returned them all before settling on these. Almost all of the models i tried fit snugly in the spaces between the bumpers, so there are a lot of different models that will fit. I settled on these ones because they were the brightest. there wasn't space for the metal bracket but they came with double sided 3M adhesive strips which I used to mount them.
I can see more of the road with my headlights turned off and these fogs on then vice versa. Hope that helps ya.
